The Arrivals offers free ground shipping on all orders within the continental US.
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method, but we strive to get your next favorite outerwear piece to you within 3-5 business days.
We’re just as excited to get our outerwear in your hands as you are. Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays.
We’re unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. Items must be returned to The Arrivals within 30 days of purchase. A shipping label will be provided by The Arrivals for valid returns. Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order.
